I ordered these shoes for my daughters wedding. I have very painful and difficult feet with arthritis, hammertoes and bunions and finding dress shoes is all but impossible. I had ordered and returned probably at least 10 pairs of shoes from Amazon when thankfully I came across these. I absolutely loved them from the picture but was nervous about my remaining days before the wedding date and if they would make it in time from China to Georgia. This sweet lady was so gracious and kind from my first question to my last. She helped me decide on sizing, got them out to me very quickly and when I started getting anxious she even contacted the carrier asking them to send me updates on an estimated date of arrival. They did arrive in time and the shoes are not only absolutely beautiful but also fit my poor painful feet! They look so lovely. Be aware that the shoes do run small - they are not US sizing - to avoid disappointment, size up and you should be fine.While the shoes ultimately did not fit, the seller worked with me to come to a resolution.Although the product di not fit or feel as well as I hoped the company was very helpful. They did everything that could be asked to satisfy my concerns. Highest score for service and satisfaction with them. The product was of high quailtyI liked the high quality of the fabric and high quality decoration. It is a beautiful shoe!This product is horrible! It smells like paint, it’s too big, and when you try return it you have to pay to ship it back! STAY AWAY!
